Custom orders require a $10 - $25 deposit that will go towards your custom order costs. e.g. the total cost is $50, but you will only pay $40 on completion.

Existing customers: $10
New customers: $25*

*New customers = Haven't bought from Dainty District before; lacking order number from a previous email receipt, or event information of purchase. Due to the high number of 'request and run' cases, ghosting, and other bad behaviour, new customers will be subject to this increased amount.

No work will be done until this deposit has been paid for. Please pay within 5 business days.
